FOOT REFLEXOLOGY $45 (1 hour)

Reflexology is a natural healing art which consists of applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet. This pressure stimulates circulation.

By increasing the blood flow, oxygen and nutrients are carried to all cells and waste and toxins are removed. In addition, the pressure releases endorphins that create a calming euphoric sensation.

This relaxed state reduces the load of bodily stress which contributes to causing 75 percent of all illness.

Reflexologists do not diagnose, prescribe, use machines or instruments or treat for specific conditions.
